Please note that we will make NO EXCEPTIONS to the following return policy. It is your responsibility to inspect each item upon its arrival to your store. We only accept returns under the following conditions: 1) Immediate manufacturer defect upon receiving your item. 2) You must notify us in writing (return@shopforbags.com) within 3 days of receiving your product regarding a manufacturers defect. When contacting us you MUST list your store name, your name, defective items, reason for return and your invoice number. 3) All tags must still be attached on any returns and still be in their original packaging. If your return qualifies we will send you return instructions via email. We are NOT responsible for items once it has left your store. Any returns received by Shop For Bags, Inc. without a return authorization issued by ShopForBags.com will not be accepted! Upon receiving the defective item(s) we will issue you store credit via email to be used at: www.shopforbags.com. We DO NOT issue refunds to credit cards!
