Shipping & Delivery understands that getting your products is important, we make every effort to process your order quickly. Typically, all orders ship the same business day. However, we can guarentee your order will ship the next business day via UPS ground. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless you pay for expedited shipping. We do not ship on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Occasionally, items are out of stock, if this happens we will notify you via email and phone, we can either replace with an in stock item or refund the difference to your credit card.
All orders that are "NEXT DAY AIR" or "TWO DAY" received after 10am CST will be shipped the following business day.
Returns & Replacements prides itself on great quality and customer service: but please carefully review this policy as there will be no exceptions.
-We will gladly accept returns of factory defects provided we are notifed within 3 days of receiving your order.
Instructions for return: To request return authorization: Log into your account, view all orders, choose the order that the item you want to return is on, find the item on the order and click "need to return this item". This sends a request to our returns department and you will be contacted with further instructions on returning the item.
